The Executive Secretary of the Tereth Education Trust Fund (TETFund), Abdullahi Baffa, revealed that when Chief of Staff of the Army (COAS), Lieutenant-General Tukur Buratai visited on Monday the headquarters of the agency in Abuja.
Dr. Baffa said the approval of the take-off funds was given by the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
The executive secretary noted that the creation of a university for the army in the country was late.
