Man City's Forward, Leroy Sane Dumped From Germany's World Cup Squad

Manchester City winger Leroy Sane has been surprisingly omitted from Germany's final 23-man World Cup squad, according to SkySports.

Sane was a key member of a City side who won the Premier League title with a record 100 points and was named the PFA Young Player of the Year.

But Joachim Low left out the 22-year-old when he named his final 23-man squad for Russia 2018 on Monday morning.

There were places for Sane's City team-mate Ilkay Gundogan, Arsenal's Mesut Ozil and Chelsea's Antonio Rudiger. And Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has been given the number one jersey, despite not having played since September due to injury.

Photos have emerged showing white foreigners proudly rocking the Super Eagles' new jersey in London.

These are photos that show the foreigners proudly rocking the beautiful Super Eagles jersey after it was sold yesterday in London.

After Nike received 3 million pre-orders, the Nigeria World Cup kit was officially launched for sale on Friday, June 1. Outside of NikeTown in London, fans lined up on Oxford Street and turned the corner to buy the kit.

The kit, which was available for sale online, sold out quickly and many buyers could not add it to their cart.

As a result of the demand, fans gathered in the city of Nike, in front of the Oxford Circus tube station, hoping to have their own jersey.

Nike UK also said there were no plans to replenish.

The house jersey costing 41,000 naira in Nigeria was used for the first time in the friendly against Poland in March. The house jersey was used again in the match against the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

However, the fake replicas of the shirt have flooded the market before the official launch with reports that they have already put on sale about 3 million false shirts.
