Arsene Wenger is ready to stop Cesc Fabregas from joining any rival Premier League club despite the fact he doesn't need the playmaker, reports the Daily Telegraph.
The Arsenal boss is ready and willing to spend the £100m
the board have gifted him in the summer transfer market and has his eyes
on a new striker, a defensive midfielder, a right-back and a goalkeeper.
However, former captain Fabregas looks set to be pushed out of the door at Barcelona this summer and Manchester United, Manchester City, and Chelsea have all been informed that a £30m will be enough to sign him.
