Chelsea To Sign Arsenal Midfielder, Aaron Ramsey


The star of Wales, who lost his contract next summer, and a rival club seem to monitor him.

Chelsea is preparing an offer of about £ 30 million ($ 39.3 million) to sign Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey, according to the Mail on Sunday.

But Chelsea is willing to pay Higuain around £ 120,000 a week and is now close to finishing a move of £ 90 mli ($ 118m) to sign both forward and teammate Daniele Rugani.
