Mikey Cyrus's new Guy, Cody Simpson was pictured kissing her while during a night out.
The two love birds were also pictured with some friends on that night, to check out this year's Halloween Horror Nights. Before they got there, the group of 10 stopped to get Mexican food at Casa Vega in Sherman Oaks.
TMZ reveals that when it was time to pay the bill, one of Miley's friends tried paying but Cody quickly passed his card to the waiter instead. The entire meal ended up running him about $1,000, and this probably explains the kiss he got from the 26-year-old singer.
