Man dies allegedly after drinking mixture of tramadol and dry gin to win a fight

 According to reports, a middle-aged man died at Okomoko in Etche LGA of Rivers State after taking a mixture of dried gin and tramadol to win a fight.


Chibuike, aka Achi, died Thursday night shortly after winning the fight.



The eyewitness account indicated that the decedent had gone to a bakery to beat another young man he had accused of snatching his girlfriend. He managed to hit his rival, but on his way home, he reportedly collapsed.



A search of his pockets produced a bottle of dried gin, tramadol, lighter and a razor.

The police have arrested both the young man whom he accused of snatching his girlfriend and the aforementioned girlfriend.
