"We are still committed to delivering quality products and technical solutions to our consumers in an accessible manner. Customers have expectations and demands from our brand and the opening of such experience stores will provide our consumers with a converged experience from both our consumer electronics and mobile divisions, he says.
The store will hire consumer electronics and mobile products as well as a service center for both product groups.
Charles Kimari, head of the Mobile Division, said the need for a second store at the mall was necessary by consumer trends from the first store opened in March last year. "Our first experience store at Two Rivers Mall has been an average of 400 customers a week, both for sale and service-related requests. This new store enables us to increase our product portfolio and offer dedicated and exceptional services to our customers."
