Floods killed six people this year and fired as many as 35 communities in the Esan South East Local Government region
The chairman of the council, Mr. Victor Emuankhangbon, made the disclosure in an interview with the news agency of Nigeria on Friday in Ubiaja, the seat of the council. He said that the flood affected many agricultural areas.
