When she's out and about, Meghan needs to conceal her identity.
In reality, she just has a low profile.
In the past she's been photographed wearing a woolly hat and she's reportedly wearing a baseball cap.
Speaking to PEOPLE, a source said: "When she does venture out to Pilates or to get her hair done, she usually goes incognito under a baseball cap.
"The only other place she has visited is Whole Foods, which is just five minutes away from Kensington Palace.
"That way you can quickly sneak in and out without anyone noticing it."
