Knickers, a seven-year-old Frisian Holsteiner, is more than twice the size of the other cows in Myalup, Western Australia.
Holstein Frisians are a dairy cattle breed and usually weigh about 1,500 pounds and are kept about 4 feet 1 degree.
Even bulls of the race reach 5 feet out of 10 and weigh 2,200 pounds.
The butcher says the giant would produce about 1,400 pounds of sliced "salable" meat, enough for 450 pieces of meat and 370 kg of minced meat.
The cattle giant stands in head and shoulders in front of other livestock and weighs an incredible 1.4 tons.
Owner Geoff Pearson, whose beast is the largest of his breed in Australia, said, "It was too heavy." I could not run it through a processing plant.
"I just want to live happily ever after."
The beasts cost £ 225 and they bought it as a "bus" to take over the stove.
Knickers are technically a Boer, a castrated cattle.
Geoff continued, "When I was young, we got another cow.
"So his name was BH ... so we had bra and panties, we never thought it would be great footwear."
Geoff Pearson has about 20,000 cattle.
