A young boy at the age of 15 has been arrested and arraigned before an Ogba Magistrates Court, for s*xually assaulting a girl after watching porn.
After watching pornography film, the young boy was tempted tempted to try it out to satisfy his s*xual desire, forced his joystick into the mouth of a 7-year old girl. It was gathered that incident occurred at Obanta Street in GRA in Apapa, Lagos, where they reside.
The 15-year-old boy who removed his trouser, brought out his erect joystick, forced it into the 7-year old victim’s mouth and ‘commanded’ her to suck it, was caught in the act and handed over to the police on allegation of sexual assault. The matter was transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for investigation.
While the prosecutor, Inspector Donny Raphael, informed the court that the defendant was a minor as well as the victim, the suspect who pleaded not guilty was granted bail by the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O Osunsanmi, in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.
conditions, as the case was adjourned till 19th December, 2018.
