A woman has been arrested after allegedly cutting off her husband’s penis with a pair of scissors, Metro UK reports.
The woman identified as Liezel Betitta, 32, allegedly removed
husband Mark’s appendage in revenge for an affair she believed he was
having with a friend’s wife, according to reports.
She is said to have launched the attack after discovering him at a
friend’s house earlier this week. before later fleeing the scene in
Iloilo City, in the Philippines.
Her 33-year-old partner was taken to the Western Visayas Medical
Center where doctors were unable to reattach his manhood. Officer are
investigating the incident. Investigator Alexis Bataga from the Carles
Police said: ‘We could not yet ascertain what drove her to harm her husband.
‘The last time I talked to his family, they told me that he was recovering.’
