Tiwa Savage and Wizkid
There have been widespread rumours that Ayodeji 'Wizkid' Balogun
might be sneaking into the bed of Mama Jam Jam in the middle of the
night when prying eyes are closed.
It would be recalled that Wizkid who has been described as snobbish
and non-challant in his relationship with his fellow celebrities wished
Tiwa Savage 'happy birthday' - on the 5th of February this year on his
Instagram page 5 different times thereby raising the eyebrows of his
fans.
Tiwa Savage has also featured Wizkid on two hit songs titled 'Malo'
and 'Bad'. The duo is also working on a music project which is yet to
be announced and have been enjoying romantic stage performances with a
chemistry that has sent wrong signals.
It seems clear that there might be more to the business
relationship both parties share especially when a video of the mother of
one and 25-year old Leadcity University drop-out, Wizkid hanging out
yesterday night in Lagos leaked.
Tania Omotayo, an estranged lover of Wizkid has also parted ways
with Tiwa Savage as she unfollowed her on Instagram. Tiwa also followed
suit. A cryptic message posted by Tania has been linked to the romance
rumours between Tiwa and Wizkid.
"You can not be friends with people who secretly wany your life... Stay woke!" she posted on social media.
Some fans of Tiwa Savage and Wizkid believe they are not doing
anything illegal or wrong as they are old enough to make strategic
decisions that suit them. They believe its normal for Tiwa Savage to
have fun with another man in the absence of her estranged husband who
has reportedly left for the U.S to start a new life.
"Woman body nor be wood na. Tiwa need who go dey help am grease that her waist make e nor dey stiff" a fan said on Twitter.
Tiwa Savage recently filed for a divorce from husband, Tunji
Balogun, popularly known as TeeBills. TeeBills and Tiwa Savage have had
turbulent marriage since 2016 when TeeBills attempted to jump off
Lekki-Ikoyi bridge in attempted suicide in Lagos. He blamed his woes on
Tiwa whom he said neglected him.
Tiwa said in several interviews that TeeBills abandoned her and
their son. She said she has been responsible for the upkeep of the
family, including their son, Jamil. The pair purportedly came back
together after families intervened.
Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun popularly called Wizkid, was born July 16,
1990, making him 11 years younger than Tiwa Savage, 38. He has three
children from three different women, Sola Ogundudu, Boluwatife Balogun
and Binta Diallo.
Nigerian singer, Kimora Nelson, had told Tiwa Savage in an Instagram post to stop throwing herself around Wizkid.
She quizzed, “My fellow Nigerians, this message is for Tiwa Savage and Wizkid, can someone really tell me what is going on between them?
“This posting, posting, tagging, tagging. I’m not going to keep
quiet, and I don’t care what anybody would say about this. I’m saying
this particularly to Tiwa Savage, I think she’s the one pushing
everything,” she added.
Although, fans have been speculating that the artistes may be
courting each other, neither Wizkid nor Tiwa has spoken on the
allegation.
