Emmanuel Emenike wins the Turkish Super Lig title with Fenerbahce

Turkish Super Lig title with Fenerbahce
Emmanuel Emenike won the Turkish Super Lig title with Fenerbahce as the Istanbul club clinched the title after holding Rizespor to a 0-0 draw on Sunday.

A win last week would have secured the Canaries their nineteenth title, but they only managed to play a 1-1 draw with title rivals Besiktas, to delay their celebrations until this week.

The title is a first for head coach Ersun Yanal, as well as for Emenike at club level, having failed to win any laurels at his previous clubs.

Emenike scored 12 goals in 26 games en route to helping Fenerbahce the Super Lig title, however Moussa Sow remains the club's top scorer with 13 goals, albeit with three games left to play.
