Kwara State Governor Sacks All His Commissioners And Advisers

It has been reported that Governor of Kwara
state Abdulfatah Ahmed has, on Wednesday,
terminated the appointments of the State
Executive Council.
He has reportedly sacked all Commissioners,
Special Advisers, Senior Special Assistants and
Special Assistants.
The secretary to the state government, Isiaka
Gold, made the news of this termination known
at the end of the State Executive Council
meeting,; stating it is with immediate effect.
Abdulfatah Ahmed is not the first to make such
radical changes. It should be recalled that exactly
one month ago, on the 23rd of September,
Governor of Oyo state Abiola Ajimobi sacked the
secretary to the state government, chief of staff
as well as all the commissioners and special
advisers.
