Emmy.ng reported that three people Died after involving in an accident in Ibadan, it was said that the accident was caused by a FRSC who was collecting bribe that catalyzed the Accident in the state.
This accident just happened at sat gurumaraji in Ibadan. Caused by @frsc commission officials because of bribe. 3 dead(including frsc officer) and other officers took to their heels except this guy in this video caught up
